- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible unless item is defective
What Can Be Returned?
Most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. This includes:
- Decks & Completes
- Footwear (unworn, clean soles)
- Clothing & Accessories
- Bearings & Hardware
- Bags & Headwear
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Helmets (safety equipment)
- Books & Magazines (copyright protection)
- Homewares (hygiene reasons)
- Used or damaged gear
- Items without original packaging

We’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours. Do not send items without this number.

Refunds & Processing Time
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank and location.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
Since we ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
