Shipping Info
We ship globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas) to get you rolling fast. Here’s the lowdown on how we deliver:
- Order Processing: We’ll get your order ready in 1-2 business days after you place it.
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95. Your gear arrives in 10-15 days after shipping.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after shipping.
Note: International orders might face delays due to customs – we recommend tracking your package for peace of mind.
Returns & Exchanges

What Can Be Returned?
Most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. This includes:
- Decks & Completes
- Footwear (must be unworn with clean soles)
- Clothing & Accessories
- Bearings & Hardware
- Bags & Headwear
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, we can’t accept returns on:
- Helmets (safety equipment)
- Books & Magazines (copyright protection)
- Homewares (hygiene reasons)
- Used or damaged gear
- Items without original packaging
The Return Process – 4 Simple Steps

- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and email a Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours. Don’t send items without this number.

Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is approved, here’s how we handle the money:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds hit your account in 3-5 business days after processing.
- PayPal: You’ll see the refund in 1-3 business days after processing.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We’ll process your exchange once we get the returned item. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the balance.
International Returns
Since we ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international customers cover return shipping and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable service and taking photos of items before shipping – it helps if issues pop up in transit.
